Eating Chuka Soba
I was in Kanonji a week ago and I got to try chuka soba for the first time.

A friend of mine brought me to this local restaurant. He aid it was famous for chuka soba, so I had to order it. It came with fried rice.
The soba was delicious! The broth is a little different from ramen broth and the toppings were a little different too. There was no thick sliced pork, instead the pork was very thin and not sauced at all. The broth was a little sour which went really well ith the saltiness of the toppings and the fried rice.
I loved it!
