I found a new favorite food! At the Saijo night market I was told that I should try Setoyaki. It was delicious! It is very similar to my favorite food Okonomiyaki. The best park about Setoyaki is that there is a whole egg in the middle! Yummy! I was also told that there are only a few times every year when you can find it. I can't wait to eat it again. If you ever get a chance to try it, please do!
