Lifting

In preparation for my big basketball tournament next week, I have been lifting weights multiple times a week fro the past several months. I have grown a lot stronger. I have also noticed an increase in energy. This is especially helpful in the classroom, where I need to use lots of energy teaching. If you eat enough get plenty of rest but are still lacking energy, I would recommend you try doing some intense exercises every week.
