Every country has their own New Year traditions. It is interesting to be able to experience the Japanese tradition a second year in a row. I've always enjoyed the culture here in Japan predominantly due to the rich history Japan holds. I believe that it important for a country to hold on to it's history because that is how the country had been formed. There are many new countries, such as America, that don't have so much history. This lack of history has caused the people to disregard the every day changes that are made that negate what America was founded upon. I hope that Japan always holds on to it's history and that the love of it's history is passed down through the generations. Happy New Year to you all.
Thank you for reading!
