New Years Resolution

Have you made a new year's resolution? A resolution is a plan to improve some part of your life. A lot of people resolve to exercise more, eat healthier, save money, etc. However, it can be really hard to stick to the original plan. In order to ensure you follow your resolution, try making just a small change at once. Something easy like taking a 10 minute walk every day, or eating a serving of vegetables every dinner. After you build up some momentum at doing the new habit, increase the difficulty just a little. Eventually you'll build a better habit for yourself without much trouble at all!
