One of the best things about travelling to other countries is learning about new food. Recently I decided to try and make Okonomiyaki. It's a fairly simple dish to make, especially if you buy the powder from the store. It turned out great! The best part is you can add whatever you want to it! I love to cook, but sometimes time is an issue so this quick and easy meal will definitely become a staple in my cooking repertoire. If only I could learn how to teppenyaki next...
