Taiko
I think of all the traditional Japanese instruments, my favorite is the taiko. It isn't simply the sound, but rather the entire dance-like performance that is really engrossing. I went to my friends taiko concert recently. It made me want to learn how to play the taiko. Do you play any instruments? What's your favorite?
