The Game of Life

What is life? Is it sadness or loneliness? Is it hate or betrayal? Is it Love or trust or even gain? It is not any of these, but, in fact, is all of these. Life without sadness, loneliness, hate, or betrayal is a life with no challenge and no growth. A life without love, trust, or gain is a life with no hope. You can not live without experiencing these things, even if they seem small to you. Life is joy, pain, longing, and so much more. It is an adventure, a challenge, and a game. Many people view their own lives as worthless, or they view others lives as worthless. In my opinion, no life is worthless. There are no lives brought into this world as mistakes. Everyone in the world serves a purpose and has a goal for themselves, whether they see that goal or if they discover that goal later on in life. Many people view my generation as lazy, rude, and insignificant, but I view my generation as dreamers, intelligent, and broken because of all the pieces that we will have to fix in the future. They tell us to go get jobs and we try, but there are none for us. They tell us that dreams will get you no where, but I am living proof that dreams can take you anywhere as long as your believe in those dreams, and in yourself. Older generations don't understand that the way we fight for things is different from the ways of the past. This is a new age, a new time, a new era.... Reformation is needed because the ways of the past only work in the past. The life that we live now is hard. War has been a part of our history for many ages, but there is a new war that is building, it is a war within ourselves, a war between those we love, a war between the people and the governments. What is your view on your own life? What are your values? What are your dreams? Look at the big picture..... what is it that you see? Treat life like it is precious, because it is, and you are also precious. There will be challenges you face in life, but it won't be dark forever. Light will shine on you in the future.
