On Tuesday we had the GEM Thanksgiving party. I made a pumpkin apple salad and Stephanie made pineapple fluff.





Pumpkin Apple Salad
-pumpkin
-apple
-pear
-onion
-potato
-sweet potato
-carrot
-pineapple
-mayonnaise
-salt
-pepper
-nutmeg (or cloves)
-cinnamon

Cut all vegetables into chunks and cook until tender. Let cool and toss with mayo and seasonings to taste.

Pineapple Fluff
-pineapple
-whipping cream
-gelatin
-sugar
-vanilla

Beat all ingredients together until cream becomes fluffy.
