I really like a good thunderstorm. Japan doesn’t have very many. At least not like we have back home in Indiana. Recently there was a big thunderstorm in my hometown that knocked down trees in my parents’ yard and caused power outages all over the city for days! Here is a picture of my front yard. This tree almost broke my old bedroom window. The end of it just tapped my window but didn’t scratch it or break it. We are very lucky!! Haha
The other picture is at Sanuki-Tsuda. It was beautiful and sunny all morning at the beach and then a thuderstorm rolled in. Just look at the looming clouds in the sky! It almost looks like a tornado!!!! It was very cool to see.
