I like experimenting while I cook since I don't have to impress anyone but myself and I think I did a good job. I've been craving Mexican food and I scoured the internet and different shops to find ingredients to make a nice bean dip. I also managed to make burritos on a different day with the tortillas I found in Takamatsu. Besides the my experimental meal, I also made experimental dessert that was a combination of brownies and rice crispy treats with a layer of milk chocolate and white chocolate in the middle and the top was covered with dark chocolate. They were so delicious! It doesn't hurt to think outside of the box to see if your creation makes sense our not lol.
