Recently it's become quite windy in my area. Because of the wind, there seems to be a strange whistling sound coming from the buildings. During the day time the sound isn't too alarming, but at night it can be kind if creepy. It's almost like I'm in a scary movie. It hasn't been too bad in the past, but this week the whistle has been pretty loud. I'll try to ignore it if I can...
