Hello everyone, Benson here. How is your December going? I hope it’s going well and that you are enjoying the crisp, cold air outside. I’m definitely having a great time in December, frolicking in the snow dunes of my mind. However, all that frolicking has me hungry now and what better way to satisfy your hunger than to engage in some December baking!

As the cold sets in, December becomes the perfect month for baking. There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked cookies or a giant loaf of bread warming up the house. I always think that if I bake enough large loaves of bread, maybe I can save on my heating cost at home. The simple act of baking feels comforting, offering warmth not just from the oven, but from the shared joy of creating something delicious. I’m not sure who I would share it with, but it’s joyful for sure! Whether it’s classic holiday treats or something new, baking in December brings a sense of home and togetherness.
