I like to run, and have been running a lot of long-distances while training for some races. So, I decided to invest in running vest and bought one recently. This will allow me to carry water bottles, or small plastic pouches in the vest that let me run without stopping to hydrate. I can just drink while I am on the move.

The vest also has small mesh pockets to carry sports gels and energy bars. It is very convenient and helpful to a long-distance runner. I am very happy with my new purchase!
