Cat Rice!
I have been trying to cook a lot more lately, and what better to inspire me than to buy a cat-shaped rice mold at Daiso? I was so excited that it actually worked! Not only is it cute, but it helps me make a healthy portion of rice to avoid going too crazy with carbs. I love cauliflower rice and want to try it with that next, but I’m not sure it will stick together so well. 
The other day I saw a jack-o-lanturn rice mold at Seria. That’s next on my creative cooking to-do list!
