I recently discovered quite possibly the greatest dessert/drink fusion I’ve ever had in my life: the Tim Tam Slam. Tim Tam is a biscuit cookie from Australia that you can buy at Kaldi.

The Tim Tam Slam is a method of consuming said biscuit with a hot beverage. To perform a successful Tim Tam Slam, one must bite off opposite corners of the biscuit (not too big of a bite), dip one bitten corner into any hot beverage (I recommend hot chocolate), and then you drink the liquid THROUGH THE BISCUIT. After the biscuit starts disintegrating, you eat it all in one bite. And that there is the TIM TAM SLAM.

Mark my words, one does not simply slam only one Tim Tam!
