Café Sorabi
Hello again!
My adventures have taken me to this small café called Café Sorabi. The exterior of café looked traditional with a hipped roof and wood walls. However, the interior seemed more modern with white walls and marble counters where the kind workers sold pastries.
I was craving a traditional Japanese set, and that is exactly what I received. The main dish was hamburger steak which was paired with a refreshing dashi and summer vegetables. The steak, alongside the dashi, was juicy and flavorful! The summer vegetables (corn, pumpkin, eggplant, squash, and okra) was to die for! Next came the side dishes: rice, miso soup with radish, salad with sesame dressing, and soft tofu. All the sides were incredibly seasoned and went perfectly with the main dish.
Overall, you should go to Café Sorabi! I definitely will be a returning customer!
Looking forward to exploring more of Kagawa.
