Ramen Time!

I love cooking and trying out new foods and flavors. Experiencing a wide range of palates directly makes me a better chef. One such new culinary adventure I embarked on upon arriving to Japan was ramen. I especially love trying different daishi and comparing them; and, of course, a raw egg on top of your ramen is the way to go. I love ramen!
