One of the best things about living in Kagawa is Sanuki udon! When I first visited Japan in 2018, the first meal I had was udon. Granted, it was in Tokyo. I thought there couldn't exist a better noodle. Boy, was I wrong! The sheer variation of Sanuki udon and the absolutely incredible flavor of the broth here is nothing short of extraordinary. I love Kagawa Prefecture!
