Sunday Breakfast
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's the fuel to get your body and brain functioning for the day ahead. The term "breakfast" comes from "break fast" or to "break the fast" of not having eaten while you were sleeping or "fasting". I believe that breakfast is a crucial meal, so we should nourish ourselves accordingly. I usually eat eggs or tofu in the morning, sometimes with some vegetables and maybe some fruit. I try not to eat too much bread, but on the weekend I'll indulge in some bread. Below is a Sunday morning breakfast for me. Delicious fried eggs, avocado, tomato, and an English muffin. Yum!
