Hello everyone! yesterday (Thursday) I tried cold Udon for the first time. I have tried hot udon before in the United States and in Kagawa, and to tell the truth I have not liked it very much. I think that with hot Udon there is too much fish taste. While I like fish in the form of sushi or tempura, I do not like fish tasting broth. However, with the cold Udon I found that it does not taste so much like fish, but rather tastes a bit like soy sauce, and lemon (when added) I was very happy! and having heard how humid and hot Kagawa gets during the summer, I am looking forward to cold Udon again!
