One of the things I miss the most from America is Mexican food. It is commonly referred to as "Tex-Mex", which is American style Mexican food. There are so many restaurants and places available to get Tex-Mex from back home, and it is my second favorite type of cuisine, right behind Puerto Rican food. I have not been able to find hispanic food of any kind here in Kagawa, but! there is a restaurant called "BB Mex" in Tokushima. It's delicious! If you are ever in Tokushima, I highly recommend to check this place out. I had their fish taco. Yum Yum!
