Merry Christmas, everyone! I'll be honest, I absolutely love Christmas. I love the lights, the decorations, the gift giving and even the music. I am fortunate enough to have grown up with loving parents who could afford to give my siblings and I a wonderful Christmas every year, so I have many fond memories of Christmas. I would put up Christmas lights on the house with my dad and my siblings, and my mom and my siblings would decorate the Christmas tree. My mom would also do a fabulous job of decorating the inside of our house with Christmas decorations. Every Christmas, I felt like I was in a winter wonderland. On Christmas Eve, we would gather with our family at my grandfathers house and celebrate "Noche Buena". In most hispanic families, we have a big celebration on Christmas eve, not on Christmas day. We would eat tons of delicious food and talk all night until it was time to open presents at midnight. It was a lot of fun. I'm so thankful to have these magical Christmas memories and I hope to continue to create them. I wish you all a Merry Christmas!
