I didn't think it could be done, but I avoided a lot of spoilers for the new Spiderman movie. I think that the internet has become more sensetive to spoilers. I wanted to be very surprised, so I avoided youtube videos, instagram posts, and told my friends to be quiet. Spiderman: No Way Home was released in Japan this Friday. Almost every other country had a release day of December 2021. It was so unfair!

I LOVED this movie. I can't wait to see it again. It got me excited for film possibilities I hadn't considered before.   

This is a photo of Asahidake. It is very beautiful during the winter. Lots of snow covered trees and deep snow. It is the highest mountain in Hokkaido and is an active volcano.



  

One of the things, I'm excited to do when I go back to the States is eat a plethora of gummy candy.

Don't get me wrong. We obviously have gummy candy in Japan, but the brands that are offered are too chewy and the packaging is so small. Meanwhile, in America you can get a 4 pound bag of gummies for 3 dollars. It also seems like there is a wider selection of shapes, colors, and flavors in the U.S..

On the positive side, the lack of palatable gummy candy options in Japan has probably made my diet much healthier.
