The holidays are upon us, which makes me so happy! I love this season. I enjoy giving people gifts and attention, so this season is extra special to me. I am also excited to spend Christmas with my family! I haven't seen my mother and sister in a little over a year, and I haven't seen my brothers or father in about 3 years! It's been way too long! After Christmas is over, I plan on spending New Year with my love, Bobby! I'm not sure what we will do, but even if we stay home and do nothing, I will be happy. I rarely get to see Bobby because my schedule is opposite his schedule, so it's pretty difficult. But he loves me, so he is happy.

Last weekend while I ventured to an art museum in Takamatsu I somehow made it in time to view the Hokusai art exhibit! I thought it had ended a couple of days before I arrived, but I arrived on the last day of the showing. I was so happy to view all of the works. I wanted to take pictures, but since no one else was I decided not to. One of my favorite artists, Mary Cassatt, was a fan of Hokusai and his style, so I started studying his works while I was in college. It's nice to study up on a piece of work, and then see it for yourself up close in person. I have been blessed by Japan.
