Last Wednesday I went to Miyoshi in Tokushima! It was so much fun! In spite of all the rain, I went to Iya valley and walked across the beautiful vine bridge. Going across the bridge was kind of scary, especially with the rain and the wind, but I made it across in one piece. I also went on a boat ride around one of Miyoshi's rivers. That night I went to the Awa Odori festival and had a blast. I even got to dance in the festival! The Miyoshi City Hall group showed me the general moves and allowed me to dance with them. I was SUUUUUPER nervous, but once we started dancing and moving down the street I felt better. It was an absolutely delightful day, one that I will never forget.
